Aquilegia vulgaris

Ornamental - Perennial, vivacious species, whose floral stems can reach 1.20m in height. It blooms from May to June. Its incredible flowers, of purple and blue tones, have a complex and unusual structure that gives them a graceful and delicate aspect. It prefers well-drained soils with some humidity and places with little or no sun exposure. Ideal for sowing in the garden in borders or in flower boxes as long as the soil remains moist.
