Olive oil produced in hillside lands with schist soils at Quinta do Romeu, in Trás os Montes, in the Northeast of Portugal, in a region with Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) by the European Union.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from Organic Agriculture (certified by SATIVA PT / AB 03), which means that it does not use any chemical product in its culture or in industrial processing (EU, Regulation nr. 2092/91).

Tasting Notes: Green / yellow in color with intense aroma of grass, flowers and olives. On the palate it is round, dense and fluid. With a light almond sweet at the beginning, followed by fresh olives and varied vegetables, and an extremely long and complex finish with a spicy but not bitter note. It is a subtle oil with a delicate personality, not too powerful but of great elegance and harmony.
