A carnation infusion, created especially by Companhia Portugueza do Chá, presented in a box to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April, the revolution that implemented democracy in Portugal.
The greatest symbol of the Revolution of the 25th of April, the carnation flower is used in Chinese Medicine as an infusion with multiple properties. Coming from one of the oldest herbalists in Anhui, China, this carnation is called “Agricultural Carnation” because it is cultivated as food and not as a decorative flower. Cultivated in the Yunnan region, they traveled to Lisbon to remember this historic date.
Each box contains 10 carnations. The infusion is slightly sweetened, with a beautiful red color, very floral, and with some notes of red fruits.
