Achillea ageratum

Ornamental and Medicinal Perennial and vivacious species that can reach 1m high, with alternating green leaves and sawn. It provides an intense and prolonged flowering in late spring and early summer. Its yellow-golden inflorescences are highly appreciated by pollinating insects. Extremely aromatic, folk medicine ascribes various medicinal properties to it in treating stomach problems and as a wound disinfectant. It adapts to different types of soil and does not require frequent watering. It prefers places exposed to the sun. An inescapable species in dry or Mediterranean gardens.
