It is a documentary book that tells us the history of this pastry from its foundation, 1922, until its closure in 2018. It has an approach to all phases of remodeling or alteration of heritage. It is important to place this unit in the Rossio complex and identify the various periods it has passed through, not lacking the political influence of each of the periods of its existence. The entire route is well documented photographically, and the graphic design of the entire book is quiet, but attractive. Other documents are presented to help us understand the history of this house. Certainly, the last owners will have collaborated to present in a detailed way what was the life of the establishment.
