It is a sweet drink with fresh and intense lemon flavor; well frozen is an ideal digestive but is also delicious to enjoy any time in good company. It is the first limoncello to be produced in Portugal: to make it special they used the best natural lemons of the Alentejo.

The Limontejo is born of the encounter between the Italian tradition and the Portuguese products, united by the passion for the gastronomy and the conviviality. The first limoncello to be produced in Portugal comes to us with the signature of Francesco Catucci, Italian "vero", in love with our country. Francesco and his Portuguese brother-in-law Miguel are the two creators and responsible for the Limontejo brand. 

Two common passions united Francesco and Miguel: the limoncello and the "dolce vita". The orchard of the "Monte" family in the Alentejo did the rest and made the dream come true. The "ricetta della mamma" was the inspiration for this handmade limoncello that has evolved to what we believe to be perfection. And so the Limontejo was born. Respecting the oldest tradition, products are used in total respect for nature and our land.
