Produced by a family unit thatrolled up the sleeves and embraced the outdoors life in 2003, in the protected countryside of Serra de São Mamede Park in Marvão, in a farm with an organic and ancient olive grove. The picking of the olives, from the Galician and Cordovil varieties, is made by hand and the extraction of its precious juice is made using a cold extraction process that allows for a more intenseolive oil, with green color and a slightly fruity flavor.
