Celebrate Christmas with this tea that combines the cosiness of chamomile flowers, the invigorating freshness of lemongrass, the floral scent of lavender and the sweetness of liquorice.

How to prepare?

As a general rule, 1 litre of water is used for 2 tablespoons of tisane, but the amount will depend on everyone's taste. For children, the dosage should be halved.

To prepare tisanes, switch off the heat as soon as the water starts to boil, pour the hot water over the tisane, cover and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

Pour a little hot water into the teapot you are using to make the herbal tea to preheat it and discard the water. Pour the herbal tea into the pot and add the hot water, following the steps described above according to the infusion. Strain and serve.

If you don't drink it straight away, you should always cover the infusions and add a few drops of lemon so that they don't oxidise and lose some of their properties.
