Our smallest and most compact shop is a big statement to the need for home utensils that one might have when coming to shop at the old, historic riverside market by Cais do Sodré. We are stubbornly determined to prove to the world that it is possible to create a shop without using aluminium shelves: the main counter came from an old perfume shop in Almirante Reis and the wooden tables were originally at Bairro Alto’s Livros do Brasil. All over them, one can now find a bit of everything , from wooden spoons to shopping baskets, plus the bestselling products, from Ach Brito soaps to Regina chocolates that made A Vida Portuguesa famous.
