 "We are excited to share The Shopkeepers BEST SHOPS 2018. We are truly overwhelmed by the amazing response to our campaign, and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who joined in. We received thousands of nominations and votes from around the world, and as a result discovered many new shops to us. The BEST SHOPS 2018 list is the ten shops with the most votes in thirteen categories, in no particular order (...): New Shops, Coffee & Tea Shops, Food & Provisions Shops, Markets & Pop-ups, Menswear & Accessories Shops, Womenswear & Accessories Shops, Beauty & Apothecary Shops, Vintage & Antique Shops, Book Shops, Stationery Shops, Home & Interior Shops, and Lifestyle Shops. In the coming months we are excited to feature shops from this list, and some of our new discoveries on The Shopkeepers website and social media. From Singapore to Prague and from Cape Town to Nova Scotia (just to name a few new destinations where shops were nominated!) it’s great to see that independent retail is thriving, and that there are so many creative and talented shopkeepers inspiring us all. Looking forward to sharing more shops and stories in 2019."
