Delivery Time:

Vida Portuguesa ships orders daily. Within mainland Portugal, shipments may take at least 3 to 5 business days. For abroad, delivery times are usually around 10 to 12 working days (for Europe) or 12 working days (for the rest of the world). 

Delivery Guarantee: in the event of an order not reaching it's final destination, A Vida Portuguesa will take responsibility for reimbursing the customer for its full cost. If the delivery does not happen and the postman can't notify the receiver through phone or email it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier. And if the order is returned to the sender after not being collected during the period of time allocated by the local post authorities, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.

A Vida Portuguesa ensures that Your order is shipped to its destiny, but cannot be held responsible for any eventual additional custom's taxes or product's restrictions in some countries. It is the client's responsibility to verify with their local authorities if any additional procedures are necessary.
