The Apolo XII milk jug integrates the line Secla Vintage, a re-edition of pieces produced between the decades of 1950 and 1970.
Established in 1947 in Caldas da Rainha, a city with a long tradition of ceramics, Secla was an innovative company since the beginning, having a modern production and giving priority to design. Its founder, Joaquim Pinto Ribeiro, had a habit of challenging plastic artists and architects to explore ideas in unique pieces and small series. The factory closed in 2008 but A Vida Portuguesa continues to sell some models reproduced from originals of the 50-60. Mugs, milk jugs and jugs, as modern as yesterday.
