Made mainly from natural ingredients (and real fruit), packed with vitamins and antioxidants, this syrup is very simple to prepare, following the time-honoured formula that says ‘just add water!’ By diluting 1 part syrup with 8 parts water, a single bottle makes 25 glasses of soft drink. It is also excellent as a topping for ice cream, yoghurt or pancakes, for example – delicious all year round!

Inspired by old recipes and creatively reinvented, this syrup is produced in Portalegre by Sabores Santa Clara. It bears the Quiosque de Refresco brand as it was developed for the historic kiosks in Lisbon operated by this brand, a pioneer in the revival of these charming urban structures since 2009. As Eça used to say, “and off we go for a soft drink”!
