"O Melhor do Ribatejo” (meaning the best of Ribatejo, the Portuguese region above the Tejo river) puts the focus on what makes people from that area - and the bounty they get from the land and transform - special. From woollen produce to pine wood chopping boards, from fruit jam to goat and/or sheep cheese, from the deeply flavoured olive oil to the subterranean salt crystals. A charming selection of artisan production, presented with humour by the very typical Chico and Rosa.
