About the workshop: In this one-off workshop, the aim is to explore the possibilities and limitations of the lost-wax casting technique, an ancient method of metal casting. Each participant will cast a unique piece of jewellery for everyday wear, with the help and guidance of the instructor.

Once the workshop has finished, the wax moulds will be cast in 925 silver and delivered in around 3 weeks, polished and ready to wear!

The finished piece will weigh approximately 10g of 920 silver.
All tools and materials will be provided for the workshop, including the silver.

AboutTamia Dellinger:With around a decade of experience, Tamia Dellinger is a jewellery artist based in Lisbon.
She recently collaborated with the Gulbenkian Foundation on the design of a jewellery collection for the opening of the new CAM building.
She studied jewellery at Ar.co and completed a master’s degree in jewellery and gemstones in Germany. She currently works as a jewellery teacher at Ar.co and regularly exhibits her work in Portugal and internationally.

Confirmation of attendance must be sent by email up to 2 days prior to the workshop, along with proof of participation.

If the workshop does not take place, a refund will be issued using the same payment method.
