It smells really, really good here. It smells like rockrose, rosemary, lemon grass, cypress, eucalyptus, woods... It is easier to just say it smells like Aromas do Valado. Biological and certified vegan products scented only with pure basic oils, most of them extracted from native plants in a nature park. The company has its headquarters in Segura, near the central town of Idanha-a-Nova. It was born out of a career change in the life of one of its founders, and it was granted a Rural Innovation Award. That's because, unlikely as it may seem, "everything we do comes from agriculture", says co-founder Helena Vinagre. Really everything: soap, bathing gel, solid shampoo, massage oil... It's an intoxicating new arrival to A Vida Portuguesa stores.
