From the ancient saline within the nature reserve of Castro Marim, in Algarve, comes the finest “fleur de sel” (our equivalent to the English “Maldon Salt”), manually picked from the surface in order to select only the best possible crystals.
Available in its simplicity, in charming and specially devised cork containers, or with different added flavours, in blue cardboard packages. For the record: Aromatic (with parsley and oregano), Mediterranean (with olives and chili), chili (with garlic, pepper and bay leaf) and Lemon (with capers and lemon). The last curiosity streak lead to the creation of cold smoked (using native wood to the region) salt crystals, in two versions: Normal and Intense.
