A wine with a citrus-coloured hue, an intense aroma, notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and floral notes.
On the palate, it displays freshness and balance. A long and persistent finish.

Destemming, whole-berry pressing in an inert atmosphere without the addition of sulphur dioxide up to 0.2 bar; clarification was carried out
by decanting and flotation; alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18°C, with weekly ‘batonnage’ on the full lees until April.

Grape varieties: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Arinto.
